Module 3.8 – Billing for Packages
Packages can either be paid in full, or payment plans can be applied.
IntakeQ allows you to create custom payment plan options for your packages under Home > Lists > Recurring Payments > Recurring Payment Settings. This is how you can design a standard payment plans for your packages:

For a late cancellation or missed appointment in a package, IntakeQ will deduct the missed appointment from the package but only when the cancellation policy has a 100% penalty. You can change your cancellation settings under Bookings > Booking Settings > Payments. Here’s how you do it:

If your patient wants to pay for a package in installments, you can manually apply a payment plan toward a package. This is how it works:
