  • Targeted exercise. Highly qualified oral and whole-body function experts can teach you targeted tongue, lip, jaw, breathing, posture, and pelvic floor exercises to help you get uninterrupted, peaceful sleep at night.
  • Evidence-based. High-level research reveals that oropharyngeal and upper respiratory exercises has potential to reduce signs and symptoms of mouth breathing, snoring, upper airway resistance syndrome, and obstructive sleep apnea. They have also been shown to help improve adherence to CPAP.
  • Flexibility. Come to group training sessions in-person, or watch recordings of the exercises on your own at a time that works for you. In-person group classes will be held at Above and Beyond Personal Wellness, 5842 Forward Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. Participants will have access to recordings of each class for 10 days.
  • Sustainable change. Weekly meetings for coaching, to help you claim self-accountability, and provide access to the support you need for success, naturally and non-surgically.
